Line Boring
Reclaiming bores and face distances back to a manufacturer's specification through the process of machining and welding.
- Precision alignment using calibrated and precise tooling.
- We perform bore welding using remote-controlled welders, enabling operators to attend to other tasks simultaneously and thereby reducing downtime.
- Machining utilising Climax boring system and Hoffman facing heads.
Slew Milling
Radial Milling to repair bearing mating faces on large scale excavators.
- We utilize industry-leading laser survey equipment to provide comprehensive pre- and post-machining reports. These detailed reports deliver all the essential information needed to make informed decisions about whether machining the surface is required.
- Circular milling of surfaces from 1700mm to 5500mm diameter.
- We achieve a total flatness tolerance of 0.10mm over 4 meters, meeting the most stringent industry standards for large slew bearings.
XY Milling
Our XY milling equipment is fully CNC-controlled, allowing the operator to manage other tasks once a program is set. This maximizes efficiency by minimizing both costs and downtime. Additionally, we utilize specialized jigging tailored for specific machinery to ensure precision and quality.
